タケシの独立

KOMAで９年勤めてくれたタケシが独立する。

この９年でKOMAは大きく成長した。
人数は6人から21人になり、売上も4倍以上になった。
仕事の内容も働き方も全く別の会社になったと言ってもいいくらいだ。

タケシはその成長に大きく貢献した立役者の1人である。

会社の成長に合わせて環境は目まぐるしく変化し、ポジションをめぐる競争も生まれた。
それらについて来れず淘汰されていく者もいる中、常に最前線で会社や若い衆をリードしてくれた。
そしてタケシにとっても結婚や子育てなど多くの変化があった９年でもあった。

タケシが持っているセンスや感性は、幼少からずっとものづくりが好きだった者だけが持っているそれである。
柔らかく穏やかな性質に加えて、つべこべ言い訳せずきちっと結果に向かって進む強さもある。
おまけに、ものづくりに負けず劣らずユーモアのセンスも持ち合わせている。
だからタケシはみんなの人気者だ。

そんなタケシの送別会は泣いて笑って、みんなの温かい気持ちが通う時間になった。
それは彼の9年がKOMAにとってかけがえのないものであったことを証明していた。

また仕事で関われる日が待ち遠しい。
今まで本当にありがとうありがとう。

Takeshi, who was with us for 9 years is going out on his own.

KOMA has grown substantially in these years.
The crew has grown from 6 to 21 people, sales has increased by four times.
Looking at work content and the way we work, it's almost like a different company.

And Takeshi was the leading figure for that growth.

Among the way, the work environment changed drastically, and there were times members fought for their positions.
Some who couldn't keep up faded away, but Takeshi was always at the forefront of KOMA, leading the young craftsman to move ahead.

His sensibility is something that people who had always loved making things since childhood, carries.
He has a mild and good natured personality, as well as strength to move forward without making any excuses.
On top of that, he has a good sense of humor.
That is why he is so popular among KOMA.

So his send-off party was filled with laughter and tears, turning it into a heartwarming time for everyone.
That proved that his 9 years at KOMA was truly irreplaceable.
